66 deg. light rain, no wind.
Forecast =
Mostly cloudy with scattered showers. Highs in the upper 70s. Northeast winds 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 50 percent.
Still nothing exciting to write about. Most of yesterday was spent watching TV and sorting out presents into bags so that each one would go to the correct family.
It sprinkled a little in the afternoon and then in the evening, it rained hard for awhile. Since then there have been showers off and on throughout the night.
Today, Jim and Linda need to decide how they are going to ship the presents. There aren't any large items this year, so they may try those priority boxes that the Post Office has been advertising on TV.
Did you know that on this date in 1925 - The "Motel Inn," the first motel in the world, opened in San Luis Obispo, CA?
