A Change In The Weather

Sprague, WA.

50 deg. overcast, SW wind @ 17 mph and gusty

Forecast  = Overcast with rain showers. High of 54F. Breezy. Winds from the SW at 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 30 mph. Chance of rain 90%.

Jim went into town to pick up the mail yesterday morning and then went to the little grocery store and picked up a loaf of bread and a couple TV dinners. When he got back, he changed the charcoal water filter that filters all the water coming into me, added some water to my fresh water tank and closed the gray water tank to collect some gray water in preparation for dumping my tanks just before we leave here.
Much of yesterday was pretty nice, but then in the afternoon, things changed. Soon after Jim finished with me, the clouds rolled in, the wind picked up and it started to rain. Then, as far as the weather goes, it was all down-hill from there.

Although we didn't have any severe weather right here, there were T-storm and even tornado watches for the counties right around us. However, we did get some fairly strong winds and heavy rain.

Once the weather changed, it was TV, computers, naps and TV dinners for the rest of the day. ; )

Today doesn't promise to be very nice outside. It's very windy with off and on sprinkles, there's fog hanging over the lake, and the forecast is for the temperature to only get up to the mid 50's. (That's about 20 degrees colder than yesterday.  : (

Did you know that in Seattle, it's Illegal to carry a concealed weapon that is over 6 feet in length?
