Yep. I was right. The big news here is the weather.
It rained almost all day yesterday, not hard, not much accumulation, but it hardly ever let up. During the afternoon, the temperature started to drop and then after dinner, the rain quit. By midnight, the skies were clearing and then the temperatures really dropped. It feels really cold with the wind blowing at over 10 mph this morning, but I'd hate to think how low the temperatures would have dropped if there wasn't any wind. : (
I do have some other news too, though. Greg, from GeekyGuys e-mailed Jim and Linda yesterday and asked if it would be OK if he came at 10:00 this morning to set up the new computer! Linda has been really missing her desktop computer and is quite excited about getting the new one. ; )
Jim and Linda took CLT and went to the Red Wheel Restaurant for dinner yesterday. Again, the food was OK, but nothing special.
Haven't heard anything more from Judy. I sure hope she can get her Motorhome repaired soon. I'm sure she has places to go and things to do and doesn't want to be waiting around at an RV dealer. : (
Did you know that the first GPS satellite was placed into orbit in 1989?
Couldn't seem to post or do much of anything on the computer last night. Don't know what was going on...had full bars, too. I should find out today how long I'll be here.
